What are hole cards?

Hole cards are the two private cards dealt face-down to you at the start of each hand. Only you see them on your screen. You combine your hole cards with the five community cards to make your strongest five-card poker hand by the river.

What does the flop mean?

The flop is the first three community cards the dealer places face-up in the center of the table after the first betting round. All active players use these three cards, plus the turn and river, to build their final hand alongside their two hole cards.
